This Privacy Policy describes the principles of storing and accessing information on the User’s devices with the use of cookies for the purpose of providing electronic services requested by the User.

How are the data stored?

Cookies: Two types of cookies are used based on the length of time the cookie will be placed on your terminal device (computer, notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.): session cookies and permanent cookies. The former are temporary files that remain on your device until you log out of the website or shut down your software (close your web browser). Permanent cookies remain on your device for the period of time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are manually deleted. We would like to emphasise that out of concern for your safety, we do not store personal data of the Users of our Website in cookies.

We always mask your IP address, so it is not possible to directly identify you.

Cookies are stored for one session up to 50 months after your last visit to the website.

Processing of personal data

  1. The Administrator processes users’ personal data for the purpose and to the extent necessary for their use of the Website.
  2. The Administrator may process users’ data for marketing purposes provided that the user gives his/her separate consent.

The User has the right to complete, update, correct his/her personal data, temporarily or permanently suspend their processing or delete them, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the law or are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected.

The data controller declares that he/she processes the users‘ personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 and that he/she applies technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the processed data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by the protection, and in particular that he/she protects the users’ personal data against unauthorised access, loss or damage.
